Terms of Service

1. The service

Elevated U System, provided by Elevated U Training Co., Ltd., is an AI tool that helps write Brand Blueprints, content plans, scripts and captions, with a content calendar and optional add-ons. By signing up you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 20, or have a parent's or guardian's consent
• Give accurate details and keep your password secret
• You're responsible for everything done under your account, including by teammates you invite

3. Plans, credits and payment

• During the beta every account is on the Free plan and nothing is charged
• Once payments open, prices and credits are as shown on the pricing page
• Payments are non-refundable
• You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for
• Monthly credits reset each period; purchased credit packs don't expire but can't be refunded
• Human services (the reviewed Action Plan, video editing) can't be refunded once work has started
• If you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days

4. Your content

What you give us, and the content written for you, belongs to you. You let us use it only to provide the service to you, and you confirm you have the rights to what you upload.

5. AI output

AI can be wrong or unsuitable even though invented numbers and claims are checked. Read and edit everything before posting; you're responsible for what you publish as your brand.

6. Not allowed

• Creating illegal, deceptive or infringing content
• Trying to access the system or other accounts without permission
• Automated use that disrupts or slows the service

7. Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Delete account, or ask us by email. Remaining credits go with the account and aren't refunded.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. We don't guarantee business results such as followers or sales. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law, and Thai courts have jurisdiction.
