Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Elevated U System ("we") is provided by Elevated U Training Co., Ltd. (company registration no. 0155566000559), 99/6 Moo 5, Phai Cham Sin Subdistrict, Wiset Chai Chan District, Ang Thong 14110, Thailand, the data controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). 2. What we collect

• Account details: name, email, password (stored only as a hash; we never see it), language and account type
• Brand details you give us: interview answers, logo, profile screenshots, links and sample captions
• What you do in the app: plans, edits, ratings, posts you mark as published, and helper chat messages
• Technical usage data: activity times, IP address (used to block password guessing) and AI usage logs
• Feedback and screenshots you send with the feedback button

3. Why we use it

• To write your Brand Blueprint, content plans and anything else you ask for (contract)
• To keep accounts secure, e.g. limiting login attempts (legitimate interest)
• To improve the product from feedback and usage (legitimate interest)
• To contact you about your account and the service, e.g. password reset links

4. AI processing

What you give us is sent to Google's paid Gemini API to write your content. Under Google's terms, data sent through the paid API is not used to train its models. We don't sell your data, and we never use your brand's details to write for another brand.

5. Service providers

Some providers are outside Thailand; we use providers with standard data-protection safeguards.

• Google Gemini (AI, paid tier; data not used for model training)

6. How long we keep it, and deleting your account

We keep your data while your account is open. Videos sent for AI review are deleted from Google as soon as the review is done.

You can delete your account yourself at any time in Settings > Delete account (you confirm with your password), or ask us by email. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone. It removes your account and every signed-in session, all brands, Brand Blueprints, plans and posts, what the AI learned about your brands, every uploaded file (including those in Supabase Storage), credits, add-on orders, feedback you sent and team invites. Any monthly plan is cancelled at the same time.

What stays after deletion: real payment records (amount, date, product and payment reference), cut off from your account and contact details, kept for 5 years as Thai accounting and tax law requires, and anonymous AI cost statistics. Copies in our database provider's backups expire within [N] days.

7. Your rights under the PDPA

Email admin@elevatedutraining.com to use any of these rights. We reply within 30 days. You can delete your account yourself, right away, in Settings.

• Access your data and get a copy
• Correct it
• Delete it or restrict its use
• Object to processing and withdraw consent
• Data portability
• Complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee

8. Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored as hashes, and repeated login attempts are limited.

9. Changes

We'll tell you in the app or by email before any significant change takes effect.
